She was born on June 17, 1979. in the city of Luhansk.
In 2000 she graduated from the Institute of Postgraduate Education of Training and Retraining of the Donbas State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture with a degree in “Business Economics” and received a degree in “Economist”.
From 2008-2016 for years she worked as a scientific secretary of the Luhansk branch.
In 2009 she defended her PhD thesis on 08.00.07 – Demography, Labor Economics, Social Economics and Policy on “Ensuring the relationship between productivity growth and wages in industrial enterprises.”
In 2014 she received a diploma of a senior researcher.
He has been working at NUPh since 2016 as an associate professor of the Department of Management and Administration, and since 2019. – Associate Professor of Organization and Economics of Pharmacy.
AREAS OF RESEARCH
Socio-economic development of regions; development of productive forces and increase of productivity in regions; stimulating innovation activity in the field of labor and forming an innovation management system at the regional level.
He has more than 130 scientific works (including 6 joint monographs, 2 scientific manuals, and more than 30 articles in professional journals, 10 scientific and methodological recommendations, etc.)
