Born on 06/22/1975 in the city of Anthracite, Lugansk region.
Graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Pharmacy in 1997, havingreceiveda diploma with distinctioninthefieldof “Pharmacy”, qualification – pharmacist, in 1998 she graduated from the magistracy in the specialty “Pharmacy”. She has a second degree in economics – in 2006 she graduated from Kharkov Humanitarian University “People’s Ukrainian Academy” with a degree in Enterprise Economics.
In 2002 she defended her dissertation”Scientific substantiation of aspects of social and labor relations management in the pharmaceutical sector”forobtaining a scientificdegreeof a candidateofpharmaceuticalsciences.
Scientific and pedagogical activities began in 2001 in the Management and Economics of Pharmacy Department of the InstituteforAdvancedTrainingofPharmacySpecialists (IATPS).
Since 2005 she was elected to the post of Associate Professor of the Organization and Economics of Pharmacy department at the NUPh. Since 2006 –methodistof the department.
She is the author and co-author of more than 200 scientific and educational works. With her participation, 55 textbooks, 80 guidelines have been published, such as the organization and economics of pharmacy, audit, controlling, health economics, social process management, the organization of pharmaceutical providing of the population, system analysis of the activities of pharmaceutical institutions, pricing, etc.. 3 distance courses (“Organization and Economics of Pharmacy”, “System analysis of the activities of pharmaceutical institutions”)were created. The qualification characteristic “Expert on Medical Technology Evaluation” and the educational and professional program “Health Technology Evaluation” of the second (master’s) level of specialty 226 “Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy”, more than 50 training programs in specialized disciplines were developed. Co-author of 5 monographs, 6 scientific-methodical recommendations, 2 information letters, 6 copyright certificates and over 50 scientific articles in Ukrainian and foreign scientific journals.
