Born on 12/30/1963. In p. Pidgorivka, Starobelsky district, Lugansk region.
He graduated in 1991. Kharkiv Pharmaceutical Institute, specialty “pharmacy”, qualification “pharmacist”.
In 1996 he defended his thesis “Improving the pricing of medicines manufactured by pharmacies individually and in small pharmaceutical industries” for the degree of candidate of pharmaceutical sciences in Kharkov Pharmaceutical Institute.
He began research and teaching activities as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Organization and Economics of Pharmacy at the Kharkov Pharmaceutical Institute (1991-1992), and then as a graduate student at the same institute (1992-1995), assistant professor (1995-1998), associate professor (1998 and present) time).
At the department he was responsible for the organization of the educational process and the organization and methodological support of the educational process for correspondence students. Currently he is responsible for the methodological support of the educational process in the discipline Accounting and Audit ”(for the specialty“ Management ”). She also performs the duties of the secretary of the methodical profile commission on economic and managerial disciplines.
